Customer's Fault Description
UNIT IS TOTALY DEAD AFTER BEING DROPED ONTO THE FLOOR.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This fire controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to be dead.
This was due to a faulty battery cable, a new cable was fitted which restored full functionality.
The PCB had to be glued into place as the mounting clips had also broken off.
