Customer's Fault Description
Hi, I have a Fakro ZWP10 (I believe) Remote Control. I think it is not sending signal to the window as it wont open the window. Power lights are lit on window itself. It may be the IR bulb on remote that has failed and not sending signal. New battery fitted.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Fakro roof window remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed not to be emitting an infra red signal.
This was due to a corrosion spot in the print, this was reworked which restored full functionality.
The IR led was also replaced.
