NEW BATTERY FITTED, NOTHING HAPPENS WHEN THE BUTTONS ARE PRESSED
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on inspection the battery cover and 2 of the buttons were missing, these cannot be replaced.
On testing no signal was being emitted.
The LED was missing and someone had taped parted of the boards components.
The LED was replaced, the tape remotes and the oscillator re-soldered properly into place. Then all button contacts were cleared of all contaminants which restored full functionality.
