Customer's Fault Description
Display not lighting up. Unable to switch fire on.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This fire controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to be dead.

The fascia was peeled back and when opened the usual issue of a missing SMD diode was found to be the problem.  This SMD was replaced which restored full functionality.

Please note that when peeling back the fascia the usual crease occurred in the bottom left corner, this is due to the item not meant to being opened.  This doesnt effect functionality (see image)
