Customer's Fault Description
Wires have become disconnected from terminals inside the remote so it no longer works
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on inspection was confirmed to have a detached cable.
Sadly when opened there was no identification on the PCB to tell which wire goes to which terminal point, also the print was damaged on one of the points.
Due to not knowing which wired goes to which point a repair is not possible. The only was this can be repaired is if another identical remote arrives that we can map the wires from.
