Customer's Fault Description
Remote not working at all, (I.e) none of the control buttons cause a response from the fire.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This fireplace controller arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting as per normal operation.
The controller was opened to check for defects but no fault could be replicated.
The "code" being transmitted was then tested and confirmed to be correct for the model.
It was therefore concluded that the issue may lay with the receiver itself.
