Restwell Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Restwell
Customers Fault Description : the wiring to the remote is falling apart and needs replacing despite that the remote still works but I feel it maybe unwise to use with the wiring in this condition
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote control for a disability riser chair arrived safely and on inspection was found to have a badly damaged cable.
A replacement cable was fitted, a straight cable of approx 1.5 meters in length was used as the curly kind is not available.
