Customer's Fault Description
Bottom right button not working, ‘tilt to standing’. There is power to all contacts on the circuit board and the chair will tilt when shorted, probably just the rubber button needs attention, thanks
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This HSL remote control arrived safely and on inspection the cable was damaged and also the button contacts were worn.  Replacement conductive button caps were fitted and a replacement straight cable was fitted.
