Customer's Fault Description
The gas fire will light, but it will not switch off when you press the off button, nor will it turn down
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Dru remote arrived safely and on testing the battery indicator was showing the correct voltage indication. This causes a lot of unusual errors including poor signal strength.
The metal fascia was peeled back which also revealed that the case was badly damaged under the fascia, it had many cracks and was basically being held together by the fascia glue. The case was glued back together and the 7133 regulator replaced which restored full functionality. Please note that as the fascia was peeled back it does create slight "lumps" that are unavoidable and do not effect functionality.
A replacement case was supplied 22nd June 2021
