remote is not operating fan, reset, new batteries installed , still not working
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This extractor fan remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be responding as per normal on each button press. The signal frequency was tested whic hwas confirmed to be the expected 433.92Mhz. It may be that the control just needs pairing with the receiver (this cant be done remotely) or there may be a fault with the receiver itself.
A 12V Duracell battery has been included fitted on return so the customer can eliminate a power issue with the remote (some batteries of the same size may be fitted which are far lower than the expected 12volts)
