No infa red light changed batteries still does not operate ,the red light on roof flashes when power to van on .
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Dometic remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to be dead.
Two of the battery terminals were found to be broken due to battery corrosion, these were reworked but the remote remained dead.
The PCB had signs of someone working on it prior to arrival. The solder was reworked which restored full functionality.
