Customer's Fault Description
I have two remotes one works one doesn’t
All parts are there I have tried new batteries
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on inspection the control was in pieces.
On adding batteries the remote was confirmed to be dead.
This was due to faulty terminals. The terminals were re soldered firmly into place which restored full functionality.
A set of batteries has been fitted on return.
