Customer's Fault Description
Intermittent fault. Remote sometimes works, sometimes not.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote and receiver arrived safely and on testing the remote itself would intermittently transmit a signal. This was due to a faulty transducer in the remote itself, this was replaced which restored full functionality. The blutac in the remote was removed and a fixing screw fitted.
No fault was found with the receiver itself.
