Customer's Fault Description
The remote doesn't appear to be ending a signal. The unit stopped controlling the door over a period of months, eventually giving up. I have replaced the batteries and have tried re-syncing but this hasn't worked , there is no indication on the receiver that a signal is being generated.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting on each button press as per normal operation. The frequency was tested and found to be correct at 433mhz. No fault could be replicated and therefore it has been concluded that the issue may be that the remote needs "Pairing" with the receiver again.
A set of cr2016 batteries has been supplied upon return to eliminate any issues with the customers battery insertion.
