Customer's Fault Description
The reciever is not registering the up and down from the remote and not opening the gas valve when required,both the up and down on the remote illuminate when pressed
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote and receiver arrived safely and on testing the remote was found not to be transmitting on any button press.
This was due to a faulty transducer in the remote. This was replaced which restored full functionality.
No issue was found with the receiver.
