The buttons are not working
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This bed controller arrived safely and on inspection on of the battery terminals was broken away from the PCB and also a T800mA inline fuse was found to be blown. The fuse was replaced and the battery terminals all resoldered firmly into place.
When returned the chair was found to have an issue on its lower functions, this is most likely what blew the fuse in the handset. This has deemed it not the remote (even though the fuse was blown) and a refund was issued under our guarantee terms. 27th April 2021
