Customer's Fault Description
Combined Ignition and increase buttons not working (LED not lighting up).<br /> Decrease/switch off button working (LED lighting up).
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This fireplace controller arrived safely and on testing the up button response was non existent.

This was due to an open circuit button.  The button was replaced which restored full functionality.
