Remote Fixer Repair Response
This motor move controller arrived safely and on testing was found not to power on using its usual double power button press.
On opening the battery cable seemed to have had work carried out on it. This was not the issue.
The problem was found to be due to a water damaged facia array. The ribbon cable connecting to the PCB was showing signs of corrosion (see image). Sadly due to this damage a repair is not possible as the facias are not available as spares.
A google search was carried out and replacements can be found here!
