Customers Fault Description : CABLES DAMAGED BY MY CUSTOMER. WHEN I INSPECTED THE CHAIR THE HANDSET DID NOTHING BUT WHEN WE TRIED THE HANDSET FROM ADJACENT CHAIR THE MECHANICS ALL WORKED
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This chair controller arrived safely and on inspection was confirmed to have a badly damages cable.
The cable was replaced with a straight cable.
