All buttons intermittently failing to respond on both handsets
Remote Fixer Repair Response

These two chair controllers arrived safely and on inspection one was missing its silver facia.

The button contacts were found to be worn and low in conductivity.  Replacement conductive caps were glued into place on both controllers.
