FOOT BUTTON NOT WORKING,, ALSO WIRE SHOWING ON REMOTE
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This chair controller arrived safely and on inspection had worn button contacts and also the cable was damaged at the remote end.  The cable was cut back by an inch to bypass the break and replacement conductive caps were fitted.
