Customer's Fault Description
The left button has to be pressed with excessive pressure to make it work. It does not have the click like the other buttons do.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This golf trolley controller arrived safely and on testing the left button was found to be poor response, this was due to the facia backing cracking and concaving inwards when the button was pressed.
This was remedied by hot melting the back of the facia to reinforce the button array. The button response now is back to normal, please note that the button does not "click" still but this does not effect functionality, this is simply due to warping of the button cap.
