Customer's Fault Description
After the caravan being in storage for the last 8 months with the battery disconnected, came to try the the system today and the handset is not connecting to the controller unit via FM/Infrared. tried to remap the handset numerous times as per manual to no avail.The romote handset does power up as normal but is not communicating.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This motor move controller arrived safely and on adding a power source was found to be transmitting as per normal operation (see testing video). The control was tested over a 3 day period with not fault being found. This has therefore deemed this item as no fault found.
