Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote arrived safely and on inspection the power button had signs of decomposition.  Also many buttons were non responsive.

A replacement button cap was fitted on the power button.  The issue of the other button being non responsive was found to be bad solder joints around the main IC.  The IC was resoldered which restored full functionality.
