Customer's Fault Description
I don't think any of the buttons are working. You need to press the Power button first and then either the Flame, or heating. Nothing appears to be working now and this has gradually deteriorated.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This fire controller arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting as per normal. The control was tested at random intervals over a 3 ay period but no fault could be replicated.
It was therefore concluded that the issue is with either the batteries used or the receiver itself.
