Customer's Fault Description
Either the remote control can not transmit anymore or the receiver is faulty. Display remote control is working, indicates transmitting. However receiver seems to receive nothing, LED does not turn on during transmitting. Checked power on receiver its a steady 6.3V on the connector.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote and receiver arrived safely from the Netherlands and on testing the remote itself was found to have a bad transducer, this was replaced which restored full functionality.
