Mute button doesn't seem to work.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on testing the Mute and Recall buttons were not responding.
The button array was peeled back and once mapped was then tested. This releaved that the button facia is working as per normal operation. A component check was carried out and not issue could be found, it was then concluded that the issue is most likely with the software / main ic which sadly is something we cannot rectify due to lack of service information / schematics.
