Customer's Fault Description
LED on remote comes in but receiver LED doesn't and therefore can't control the gas fire. Batteries changed in both the remote and receiver to no avail
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This fireplace controller arrived with its corresponding receiver and on inspection the battery cable in the remote was faulty, a replacement was fitted but then another fault was found.
The transducer in the remote was faulty a replacement was fitted which restored full functionality.
No fault was found with the receiver.
