Customer's Fault Description
Controller turns on intermittently and when does doesn’t stay on for long. When working all directional buttons work as should. I have taken the battery connector off to see if it was something to do with that. But nothing else. Battery in box is also new.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This motor move controller arrived safely and on inspection the battery cable was found to be broken, a replacement cable was fitted but then the remote would still not power up.  Eventually it was found that there was an open circuit on the facia ribbon cable, this was reworked which restored full functionality.
