Customer's Fault Description
Bottom left hand button (foot rest) isn’t working. I partially dismantled remote and had it working temporarily so I know the motor on the chair is fine.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This chair controller arrived safely and on inspection the button contacts were worn.  Replacement conductive button caps were glued into place.
