Customer's Fault Description
I was having trouble with the power switch, not turning the TV on or off. After fiddling about with the remote we've damaged the plastic covering over the power switch and it wont work at all now. If it can't be repaired are you able to recommend an alternative remote to purchase
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on inspection was missing its standby button cap which had broken away from the facia.
A replacement button was fitted under the original facia which restored full functionality (see image). Complete replacement fascias are not available as spares.
A Duracell cr2025 was also supplied fitted on return.
Please note that this item is not waterproof and great care must be taken to prevent future damage.
