Customer's Fault Description
Hi I have two spa bed remotes and one air con remote that all need fixing please.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
These two spa remotes arrived safely as well as a air con controller.
The spa remaotes were found to have the same issue whereby the cable had internal wire breaks at the remote entry point. The cables were cut back by a couple of inches and resoldered into place to bypass the breaks.
The aircon controller had part of its case broken which meant part of the battery assembly was missing. Temporary power was added to the control and it was found that even though the remote powered up, many of the buttons would not respond. Sadly due to the damage to the case and the other fault a repair is not possible.
