buttons not working. only ones that do work are the reset button and bottom right hand button also cable sleeve damaged
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This chair controller arrived safely and on inspection the cable was confirmed to be damaged.  A replacement straight cable was fitted and also replacement conductive button caps were fitted.
