Customer's Fault Description
Remote control has stopped controlling for Fire to receive signall.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This fire controller arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting as 433.92Mhz as per normal operation on all buttons (see testing video)

The control was opened but no fault could be replicated.  The customer is to check the code wheel on the back of the remote and test it on each position in case someone has moved it.

A 12v Duracell battery has been supplied on return to eliminate the possibility of it being a power issue.
