Customer's Fault Description
Faulty buttons. Mainly the up button.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This bed controller arrived safely and on inspection the battery cover was missing (this cannot be replaced as spares are not available as spares). Also one of the button was missing.
When tested many of the button were non responsive and also the signal was very weak.
When opened the Aerial coil was found to be detached from the PCB.
All buttons were replaced and the Aerial re-soldered back into place which restored full functionality.
