Heki Dometic Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Heki Dometic
Customers Fault Description : Remote control doesn’t work properly IR and buttons sporadically work but not reliably
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Heki remote arrived safely and on inspection was found to have corroded battery terminals which was making a intermittent power source.
The battery terminals were replaced and then the control tested over a 2 day period, full functionality was restored.
