Customer's Fault Description
on button does not work. Pressing any others causes the display to light up. This happened first a few months ago but started working again. It stopped again recently ( I have replaced battery but no response).
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This fireplace controller arrived safely and on testing was found to have a faulty flame button, also the power button was sluggish in response. These buttons ware replaced which restored full functionality.
