Customer's Fault Description
Following battery leak the remote doesn’t work. I have tried to clean up battery terminals and fitted new batteries but still not working. If you are able to repair this remote, could you also fit a new on/off switch please.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This motor move controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to be dead.
One of the terminal pairs was found to be open circuit due to the battery corrosion, the terminal was replaced which restored full functionality.
The on off switch is functioning as normal and therefore has not been replaced.
