Not been working since we bought the caravan have put new battery in but still doesn't turn on.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to not respond from its double power button press.

This was found to be due to a faulty LED, this was replaced which restored full functionality (see testing video)
