Customer's Fault Description
Has stopped working. Thought it was the batteries so changed them , but still wont work.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This zap remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to be dead.
On opening the LED was found to be shattered on one of its pins. The LED was replaced which restored full functionality (see testing video).
