Verine Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Loose wire and led on all the time
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This fireplace controller arrived safely and on inspection was confirmed to have a damaged battery cable, this was replaced and then it was confirmed that the LED was illuminated without a button being pressed.
The issue was found to be due to a leaky diode, this was replaced which restored full functionality.
