New battery springs and 3 x back buttons will not operate

This motor move controller arrived safely and on inspection the battery terminals were confirmed to be faulty, replacement terminals were fitted.

There was corrosion on the PCB from a battery leak that had caused open circuits on the bottom 3 buttons.  The print was reworked which restored full functionality.
