Customer's Fault Description
Will only operate when connected to control box with lead. Does not function when remote nor will it reconnect with the control box
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This motor move controller arrived safely and on testing was found to be dead.
On opening the issue was found to be due to a very badly corroded battery terminal from a battery leak (see image).
The terminal was replaced which restored full functionality.
