Customer's Fault Description
Remote control Heat+ button broken off and not working.
The on/off and Effect buttons work ok.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Valor controller arrived safely and on inspection the Heat button cap was missing and the print underneath was badly scratched.
A replacement button was fitted and the print reworked which restored full functionality.
The battery cover is missing its retaining clip and therefore must be held on by tape, sadly replacement battery covers are not available as spares.
