OK to turn off but unable to turn on
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This fireplace controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed not to illuminate or transmit when the safety button and top button is pressed.
On opening the issue was found to be due to contamination over much of the board that had corroded the buttons.
All Three buttons were replaced and the PCB cleared of all contaminants which restored full functionality.
