Velux Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : The spring at the base is missing so will not take any power from the batteries.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Velux remote arrived safely and on inspection was confirmed to have a missing negative battery terminal.
A replacement terminal was fitted which restore full functionality.
