Customer's Fault Description
handset switches on intermittently - do not know if it is transmitting a signal. Motor mover not working at the moment. Discussed with you on phone and you said you could check whether it is transmitting a signal or not and you could test that.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed not to respond from its power buttons. This is a common issue caused by worn pads. Replacement conductive button pads were fitted.
The signal was tested and found to be functioning as per normal operation.
