Customer's Fault Description
Will not function at all. Red light at top left of remote glows all the time.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Bale Wrapper remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to be transmitting without a button being pressed.
This was due to contamination within the facia layers (see image). The facia was cleaned up to remote all contaminants which restored full functionality.
Please note that this controller is not waterproof and great care must be taken to prevent future damage.
The battery cable was also replaced as there was a small tear in the insulation.
