Customer's Fault Description
The up button does not work anymore on Mertik G30 ZRHSO
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to have a corroded battery terminal (see image) but was found to be functioning as per normal.
After talking with the customer it was found that the customer fault description was related to user error but was requested to have the battery cable replaced as a precaution.
