Customer's Fault Description
When pressing power button twice to power it up it does not power up. When I take the batteries out and put them back in the green led flashes rapidly for about 2 seconds then nothing happens.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This caravan remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed not to turn on.
This was found to be due to corrosion over the button array (see image) causing various open circuits. The print was reworked which restored full functionality.
Please note that this item is not waterproof and great care must be taken to prevent future damage.
